Brad: Who was the congressman questioning Mr. Curtis at the beginning of his testimony on Dec. 18 at Rep. Conyers' hearing? It sounded like our (MA) own Rep. Barney Frank, but I could have sworn that I was speaking wtih Mr. Frank on the phone, about just these issues, at the time the hearing was taking place in Ohio. Who was it?

My *guess* is that the voice you were hearing and referring to was probably Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY).

He was asking a lot of the early questions of Curtis.

(Prior to that Attorney Cliff Arnebeck was doing the initial questioning of Curtis on behalf of the committee).

That's too bad. I think the comments help newbies understand the kind of dialogue, opinions, questions, answers, etc that a lot of of us have about the Curtis/Feeney story.

Method - If I could get that software, life would be a lot better in this democracy. Unfortunately, the software on the machines (already compiled) is as closely guarded as the source code that was used to compile it. It'll take much more authority than mine to subpeona the software from those machines.

Some people say why bother investigating these election "irregularities" because it will not change the election results. The point is we need to know if our democratic election process has been contaminated and if so, punish the perpetrators and take actions so that it can never happen again.

As you likely know if you read this latest piece, I've already asked him. You can read it to find out his answer. We're still waiting to hear back from the police and/or the "unnamed attorney" with any evidence to back up the claim that Keith Olbermann so irresponsibly passed on for them.

As to *your* silly attempt at a slur, I have no idea how his book is doing. Though I am unaware of a single instance in which he's even mentioned that book on any of his media appearances. Perhaps he did, but I don't remember him doing so in any of the ones that I listened to anyway.

Brad, the goal of your heckler is to slow you down. Your blog is private property, and if you want to snuff his posts, you're not suppressing free speech. You're just asserting your ownership of that property.

The one thing that troubles me is that for a fraud of this kind to be implemented in an election, other people would have to know about it. Maybe not many. One itinerant tech can install a lot of code, and even he would not have to know what it did. But there should be others who know. And maybe one or two who care enough about their country to come forward.
