It is great that blog news moves at the speed of light but it is discouraging that MSM news moves at the speed of paper.
We are the BLOG, we are 6 of 7, resistance is futile ... you will be enlightened ...

Come gather 'round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You'll be drenched to the bone.
If your time to you
Is worth savin'
Then you better start swimmin'
Or you'll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin'.
Come writers and critics
Who prophesize with your pen
And keep your eyes wide
The chance won't come again
And don't speak too soon
For the wheel's still in spin
And there's no tellin' who
That it's namin'.
For the loser now
Will be later to win
For the times they are a-changin'.
Come senators, congressmen
Please heed the call
Don't stand in the doorway
Don't block up the hall
For he that gets hurt
Will be he who has stalled
There's a battle outside
And it is ragin'.
It'll soon shake your windows
And rattle your walls
For the times they are a-changin'.
Come mothers and fathers
Throughout the land
And don't criticize
What you can't understand
Your sons and your daughters
Are beyond your command
Your old road is
Rapidly agin'.
Please get out of the new one
If you can't lend your hand
For the times they are a-changin'.
The line it is drawn
The curse it is cast
The slow one now
Will later be fast
As the present now
Will later be past
The order is
Rapidly fadin'.
And the first one now
Will later be last
For the times they are a-changin'.

Each time one of these stories appears, another one pops up somewhere else. They're like Tom DeLay's cockroaches.
I like the idea of calling ourselves the "6 or 7 Brigade," in (dis)honor of Dr. Robert Pastor, that avatar of intellectual intolerance at American University.

ON January 5th 2005, John Conyers, Jr handed out his 102 page report to all Congressmen. On January 6th, 2005, while the robots in Congress accepted the electoral votes there was a peaceful demonstration going on across the street. I heard Clint Curtis tell the story how he was asked to alter votes electronically using a computer by Tom Feeney. How easy is it? 2 months ago I heard Bev Harris of Black Box Voting, who is an expert on Rigging the Electronic Vote and Vote Fraud tell a story about a video she made of a chimp hacking into a machine in less than 90 seconds. Some of the other speakers at the David Lytel formerly of Redefeat Bush now www.left.org included speakers David Cobb of the Green Party responsible for the rigged recount of Ohio and Reverand Moss (Moss vs Bush). Thanks to the help of that piece of filth known as Ohio Secretary of State and cochair to the Bush Cheney reelection campaign Kenneth Blackwell, the Ohio electors were delivered to George W. before a recount was completed. This mattered little since he obstructed the rigged recount like the corrupt Presidential election. While thats another story, may all the American people know the real truth. Congressman John Kerry was in Iraq and did not take part in standing up against the fraudulant election of 2004. The proof of electronic fraud and massive humanistic fraud swaying thousands and thousands of votes didn't matter to him because he checked the "numbers" and didn't have enough to win. In other words what happened didn't matter because the loser couldn't win. Exit Poll data shows a 1 to 959,000 chance of being correct. I am Independent Voter not a blind Democratic and look forward to the day when Bush and Cheney are impeached from power and jailed for their crimes against Americans and the world.

That comment about John Kerry is just wrong.
One of my relatives close to where I live, does television segments on CNN. The reason CNN didn't cover anything regarding election fraud, is because John Kerry chose to not protest and stand up.
They were prepared to make him look like an idiot also, but the point I am making is Kerry obviously did his protesting in secret.
Some may not like the strategy, but that is really the absolute best way to fight something like this when the deck is stacked against you. Everyone up here pretty much knew the election was obviously stolen, there was jokes about it everywhere.
But then again, I disagree with most of their statements. I happen to notice this is the way lawyers operate. They don't go out into the public and make a big brou haha when they don't need to.
And if Kerry chose to do his hard and important investigative work behind the scenes, I support the decision. If he is still uncovering the truth that happened then I support that as well.

Thank you so much. The reasons for Kerry acting as he did are absolutely sound. He always considers things extremely carefully, weighing all the options, and coming to the decision he thinks is best. He does not have to be motivated by personal concerns and ambition. He is a winner by nature, and he will automatically achieve what he wants. He is a high stakes player and the stakes are the highest they have ever been right now. When he came back from Nam and he wanted more than anything in the world to have a career in politics, the wise men all told him not to go up against the government and the war machine, if he wanted a future in politics. He did it anyway. The same thing with BCCI and Iran Contra. They told him not to do it. He ALWAYS stands up to power, as he did in a magnificent speech yesterday in the Senate. Goose bump stuff.
Kerry has been locked in battle with these people for a very long time. He knows better than anyone how to handle them. The best thing is to trust him with this job, stop denigrating him, and get on with doing our part. He almost brought them down once, and make no mistake, he is determined to finish the job now. Give him your support so we can get this done.

"If he is still uncovering the truth that happened then I support that as well."
My faith in Kerry is pretty full of holes at this point. Others have posted that he is on our side & working behind the scenes. I dunno. I hope so, but when he conceded five seconds into the fray (it seemed like), my faith felt like a damn marshmallow tossed in a bonfire. So I'm a LITTLE skeptical.....

I swear to god, Kerry is for sure up to something. He's been behind the scenes this entire time, and only he could be so bold and come out right to the front and say it.
"The Senate thinks it speaks for GOD."
I have never in my time seen something so courageous, he knows what he's doing I bet Madsen and other investigators have helped him find his inner courage.
Its a horrible band of thieves these men are, Bush according to Wayne Madsen got brought into a Jesuit cult at the young age of 17. It was where he stopped being an alcoholic, and became corrupted by a totally insane cult who claims to speak for god and his clergy.
Its something called the fellowship, and there has been lots of other names for it also like Family and Council for Nation Policy, but one thing always struck out like a chord.
They literally planned the impeachment of Clinton, and a former chairman named Schwarz has uncovered it. They did all of that because it was in their interest to take over for god. These fascists are really out of their mind, so I know we are going to see some cracks forming pretty quickly.
I have not known what to do for some time, but Kerry had a message that gave me renewed confidence. I just don't want to see the USA fall to this, it has overcome before and I believe this time a real velvet revolution will take hold.

Robert, Kerry is a battle now with the criminals in our government. It is serious. No one knows exactly how it will play out. If you catch his work in the Senate lately you will know, and the incredible amount of legislation he is getting throught to help save the middle class from demolition. He is doing so much. Every day he accomplishes something new. And his questioning of the Republicans is terrifying them. It is a sight to behold. To see them so visibly shaken. He is on a roll and the history making speeches are starting again. It's one thing at a time these days since their is so much crime against our country going on. But right now, he is focusing on Frist, DeLay and the religious madness and the nuclear. option. It is a huge group effort. It doesn't really matter who exactly does the election fraud part. Kerry's job right now is in the Senate. Like William said, he knows what he is doing. He knows these people. How they operate. He is the only one who has come out of their man eating machine intact, standing, and enraged and ready to defeat them. We all need to unite in this effort.

Teresa, Kerry is (officially) the defeated candidate. You and I know he won, but politically he's in the same position as Al Gore in 2001 and Bob Dole in 1997.
Yet you say he has the Republicans scared to death. Are you suggesting that he has told Frist, DeLay, Hastert, etc. that he knows how they stole the election and has given them chapter and verse?
If that's the case, I could understand how the G.O.P. would be in panic mode right now...but he hasn't even dropped a hint of that publicly. His wife said she thought the election was fishy (you bet, Teresa), but John said nothing at that time.
I still don't get the connection between Kerry's work on health and other issues and the election. Why is the G.O.P. afraid of him now?

Hi, Robert - maybe because he isn't acting like a defeated candidate, in that he has simply gone back to the Senate and is working for the American people, UNLIKE the RepubliCONS. If he had carried on about the election, the MSM would have been shouting "SORE LOSER" every day, ad nauseum. Has anybody read about the articles that have been floating around recently about Kerry being a sore loser and a jealous person on Clinton (Hillary) because he's talking about voting fraud? You can read about the at democraticunderground.com in the 2004 election result group. It seems to me a few people are trying to make him out to be jealous, angry and a "consperiacy theorist" so I'm not sure what's going on that makes them nervous. Just thought I'd mention it here.

I wanted to also comment on the behind the scenes stuff. I think it's very smart. The concession wasn't law biding and is more of a show thing. I think he knew very well what happened. I remember reading on Truthout.org that Kerry would pop up when needed to sign things etc. You have to remember that Kerry is a prosecutor and has done a lot with that (BCCI, Iran/Contra are the most well known) and I agree with the person who said he wouldn't have made a big stink about it. Look at what got done this time! No "riots" and Conyers has his 102 page report about all the voting fraud. If Kerry did keep it in the public he would've been called name's and things would've happened to keep from fighting this. So much got done this time and hopefully with Conyers' report the voting machines can get rid of for future elections. I have no doubt in my mind that he stole it. If you haven't already go to cspan.org and type in the video search engine "Cliff Arnebeck" and look for his washington journal interview. He talks about what happened and how the real results are just flipped and Kerry really did win. He answered some phone calls and did very well and was calm, cool and collected and didn't appear at all to be an angry "consperiacy nut."

You have to see his cross examinations to see what I mean. The Bolton one was astounding. The potential trade secretary was twitching and squirming.
People underestimate Kerry, except for those who have been on the other side of him. Ask Howard Dean. He never lost a case as a prosecutor and went after the Mafia in Boston, jailing one of the big bosses. He is scary when fired up.
These people are afraid because of all the crimes they have committed and the potential leaking. And the tremendous loss of public support which is occuring now, making it harder to fix elections. Instead of disappearing, Kerry has stayed right in their face and is moving in closer.
I didn't say he had the republicans "scared to
death". I said he has them terrified. But they scare more easily than you think. That's one of our problems. People are falling for their bluff.
Teresa's public statement about the election being suspicious is very important. But even if the fraud isn't proven, just getting them out of power would have to be enough for now.
Kerry is powerful in Washington. He knows the game completely, is very, very well connected with a lot of loyalty behind him, and he is one of the most skilled politicians we've ever had.
It would be so good if the whining about the concession would end, and people everywhere could move forward in getting the government into decent shape.

I agree with Theresa. Kerry is smarter than anyone, including Al Gore. His decision to keep things behind the scenes is not only sound, it is smart.
It has the bad guys on the other side not even knowing what to expect, as the public support dwindles and the legions of crimes get thrown back in their face.
I for one believe its going to be proven once and for all. USCountVotes and other groups are getting the tabulators turned over and impounded. I bet once they are searched Clint Curtis software will be found and the answers will come out.
A bad idea to do something beforehand, you have to play a real good hand or the media will eat you alive. Right now alot of the country knows and is finding out there was fraud, and they tried to turn this to a fascist state.
Its about time for the full-scale velvet revolution. We have to bring these liars down, the people do and I have to say that Kerry has our backs.

But what is he after? Getting Bush to resign, once the American people learn the truth (Bush should resign, but I doubt he ever would). The 2008 nomination? Could he assure us the Republicans wouldn't steal that one, too? If he knows how they stole 2000 and 2004, is he going to keep it to himself for the next 3 years, then say, "You won't get us this time."???????

Everyone has different views of John Kerry. That's understandable. He isn't the cause or the cure for what ails us. He's just another politician... that we went on an emotional wild ride with.
I was enchanted with his speech about the nuclear option last week. You know how good a speaker he can be. And it looks like the damn thing will be defeated. But the problems we have are overwhelming and it's good not to get too enthusiastic. I'm just glad there is at least one Senator who isn't hurting us at the moment. And some of the legislation he is getting through, as insignificant as it might seem now, will be coming in handy in the hard times ahead.
We really don't know exactly what our near future holds. But I will always keep hoping that some of these people will help us. And I will support any of their efforts in that direction.

I guess I'm out of the loop on all this. Kerry might well be representing Democrat/Progressive issues effectively; I don't doubt it. And I don't dislike him.
But my concern, first and foremost, is in redeeming two stolen elections. If Kerry succeeds in keeping the Bush administration's agenda from being fully implemented, great. But I see that as "politics as usual."
The people who committed the crimes against our democracy must be punished. For me, praising Kerry's political work is a bit like the president of a bank that was just robbed saying, "Yes, the robbers did get away with all our money, but we're still open for business and we're giving out free toasters for people who open up new accounts."
Sorry if that sounds cynical.

My brother is very ill and in hospital. It makes me feel very worried and think also about my father. He was a quiet, low key man. He couldn't change the world or make bad things not happen - many things in life are just too big. But he did simply do whatever he could. He was probably no one's hero, but he is my hero. My brother is quite similar in the conduct of his life. So, maybe, we expect too much of Kerry. Maybe, it's a HUGE, HUGE problem with no simple solutions, but he's just quietly doing whatever he can do. Sometimes, our heros are not the knights in shining armour, or the "Clint Eastwoods" of the world. Sometimes, they are just human beings, with limited talents and knowledge, who are just doing the best they can each day in the way they know how. So, maybe what Kerry is doing maybe the "backbone" or "foundation" for the future. I don't know. We can only hope that each individual, becomes everyone pulling together, to help America and the many millions of people affected by the cancer sitting in the White House and running the country, out of the building, out of Washington, and preferrably into prison. Just my thoughts for today.

Oh Peggy. What a beautiful post. I know how you feel. Sickness is the thing that causes me the most distress in my life. I also had a father like you describe. He was so wise and detached, but the understanding in his watery gray-blue eyes was unmistakable.
I know he would want the best for me now and I am trying to figure out the best path out of this sorrow. And for some reason I am drawn into this big family of man now to work it out.
You can't imagine the legislation every day that this administration is trying to get through. And the effort it is taking to stop this runaway train. Kerry is doing his best to help us. It's far beyond his personal life and financial situation, or even the last election. He is trying to save our businesses, our homes, our health, and our sanity, while so many other legislators are cowering. Whatever he can do I appreciate, and I am glad he's there. We would all like to see an end to the corrupt system we have now, but time is the element and we have to work with what we've got until then, and try to find whatever goodness we can within it, while developing the alternative. This gives you an idea of how intense this battle is and which side Kerry is on:
"The Inter-American Telecommunication Commission meets three times a year in various cities across the Americas to discuss such dry but important issues as telecommunications standards and spectrum regulations. But for this week's meeting in Guatemala City, politics has barged onto the agenda. At least four of the two dozen or so U.S. delegates selected for the meeting, sources tell TIME, have been bumped by the White House because they supported John Kerry's 2004 campaign."

Part of my frustration with Kerry is not with him personally, but with the people who send e-mails in bulk in his name. It's all so mechanical, so infuriatingly high-tech...for me, it calls into question what the guy is really all about.
They all start, "Robert, we face a grave threat..." or "Robert, I know you're concerned about..." yada yada yada. The issues are valid: Social Security, health care, Bolton, judges, the nuclear option. But the effect of this onslaught is to suggest "The election is over, now let's go back to politics."
None of these messages ever mention the election. The man's own wife has said, "The election looks fishy to me," yet the messages in his name talk about everything but! Sorry, but that drives me nuts.
I've sent at least five replies to these calls for help on specific issues. Each reply said something like, "I support you on this, John. But I'm more concerned about stolen elections." Not once have I received an answer back from anyone. It feels as if Kerry wants everyone to listen to him, and help him, but won't communicate in return.
All that said, I hope you're all correct about him.

Yeah, Robert. The e-mails are awful. I've heard a lot of complaints from others. Have you tried writing to him? Or calling?
I don't know what he can do about the stolen election. The votes have gone into outer space. He's tried to get something through on the suppression and intimidation, but so far it's not working. If he is doing something, he can't talk. But it is very odd that Teresa made that statement. There has to be a strategy behind that. There always is with him.
I do know one thing: he will not run in '08(which seems likely now) if the election is rigged against him.

But that's the whole point, Teresa. How could Kerry (or anyone, even Hillary) know if the election is rigged? I would assume it would be. But...if we knew that for a fact, we could prove that 2000 and 2004 were rigged. I know from the exit poll/tabulated vote discrepancies that they were in fact rigged, but what I know isn't proof for others.
Talking about health care, or judges, or the nuclear option, or any political issue, seems futile to me. Not that those issues aren't important. They are, all of them. And I know Kerry is an effective speaker WHEN HE WANTS TO BE.
But when the chips were down, and our democracy hung in the balance because of election fraud, John Kerry DIDN'T WANT TO BE. That means a lot to me.

Robert, I believe the Black Caucus asked Kerry to stay out of it. So much of this is a black issue, and it is serious for them.
He simply cannot speak about election fraud without all the evidence gathered. Had he spoken about it, he would have ruined his position as an effective weapon against this administration. That is the most important thing right now. He knows exactly what he is doing. You and I don't. It is too early on the fraud, but that very well might be forthcoming. You said it exactly. It will take more proof than the exit polls.
The issues at stake are some of the most important this country has faced. This administration is trying to demolish a 200 year old tradition in Congress that protects us and keeps the system of checks and balances in place, and that is the judicial filibuster. Even though we were cheated out of the President we wanted, we still have legislators working for us. You've got to understand the importance of preventing this right wing takeover. That is THE MOST IMPORTANT THING RIGHT NOW. And we are hanging by a thread.
I am confident that the election issue will be solved by '08. Kerry is trying right now to get something fixed by '06. One of his top priorities is getting Dems into the House.
The home owners protection bill he just got through is going to be so important along with the others. A stolen election can be fixed, and this charade will be over soon. But food, shelter, and medical care are a lifetime need. It's all vitally important. You would have to have a sick child that can't get insurance and have your home taken away to know about this. Most of us are sitting pretty. So we can go through our lives now in relative security, even though we have a dangerous administration. The protection Kerry and the others are providing right now is of utmost importance. Trying to prove fraud in November would have been a disastrous mistake.
Why don't you try and communicate with Kerry and get some answers from him?

Another very important thing he is doing is blocking the Bolton nomination. This is big. Bolton was an important link in the attempted Iran weapon scam and war. He was to manipulate the UN and sell the war just like the Iraqi one. With Bolton out they will have to rework the plan and hopefully it can be foiled. I think a stop to further wars right now is just as important as the '08 election.

This came out of Harry Reid's office today. You can't imagine what's at stake now. While people are working on the fraud, some of our legistators are actually doing their jobs.
"As a matter of comity, the Minority in the Senate traditionally defers to the Majority in the setting of the agenda. If Bill Frist pulls the nuclear trigger, Democrats will show deference no longer.
Invoking a little-known Senate procedure called Rule XIV, last week Democrats put nine bills on the Senate calendar that seek to help America fulfill its promise.
If Republican's break the rules Democrats will use the rule to bring to the Senate floor an agenda that meets the needs of average Americans, such as lowering gas prices, reducing the cost of health care and helping veterans.
"Across the country, people are worried about things that matter to their families - the health of their loved ones, their child's performance in schools, and those sky high gas prices," said Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid. "But what is the number one priority for Senate Republicans? Doing away with the last check on one-party rule in Washington to allow President Bush, Senator Frist and Tom Delay to stack the courts with radical judges. If Republicans proceed to pull the trigger on the nuclear option, Democrats will respond by employing existing Senate rules to push forward our agenda for America."
I haven't seen politicians fighting this hard for the common people in a long time.

Hi, Teresa - I am so sorry to be this cynical - but how about this scenario:
On Tradesport, the Irish betting exchange which predicted a Bush win, they are now predicting a Democratic win, Hillary, way ahead of Republican candidate McCain, for 2008.
It could be the "FIX" is in. McCain's behaviour being inexplicable (promised a run at President which he doesn't know he won't be allowed to win), and now Bill Clinton courting GWB. Maybe a "deal" is being made to fix the elections next time in favour of Hillary, to keep Americans quiet about election fraud. Your vote maybe didn't count the last two times, and maybe it never will again.
Sorry, but this doesn't seem too far fetched to me.

Peggy, I posted something on this on the Gannon thread, but I heard about this and it is not at all farfetched. The Clintons are deep into the elitist game. William Clinton pulled one of the biggest scams on the American public of all time when he bilked us of all that money on Wall Street. Books were cooked, stocks were grossly overvalued, and laws were changed clandestinely for the investment brokers. Where do you think all the money you lost went? It is highly likely that a fix is in for '08. And since the Republicans have to give it to the Dems to save the party, this makes sense. People like this have no loyalty but to themselves and their own lust for power.
Hillary in the WH would be worse that a Republican because people like her hide their agenda. That's why I am so adamant about Kerry. He is not with them. He has been fighting them forever.
Winter, it is common knowledge that Kennedy fixed his win against Nixon. And there are many other cases. LBJ was one of our biggest criminals. It is always a matter of proof, and the Kennedy one was not proven but there is lots of evidence.
Election fixing is as old as the hills. Some believe as Peggy says that we will never have a fair election. I think it is possible but it is best not to be naive about what we are dealing with, and to try and figure out who exactly is on our side.
Maybe the rest is up to fate.

I have talked about this before, and even though I am an optimist and belive a good life is possible, I know full well what people are up to.
The puppet masters may be in charge of the win in all of our elections. I'm not sure. If we can't turn the tide and get fair elections, we will have to hope thet the fix is on our side. Sometimes it is. The ruling elite have different ideas about what is best in government and control and they battle amongst themselves.
We have yet to understand our power. From what I read in blogs, etc., most people have very little knowledge and understanding of government. What most fail to realize is that we have the power of numbers and we CAN overcome the stranglehold but we must be knowledgeable, and we have to stop fooling around and get serious about exercising the natural strength that could be ours. If we consolidated in a real way, they would be helpless. It's entirely up to us.
One of the biggest mistakes is to assume that we are stuck. They will feed us into their war machines as long as we let them. We can't turn to them to stop it. We have to stop it ourselves, and it is certainly possible.

We are so lucky here. We are having all this fun cavorting around the Internet, frolicking with all of our new friends. We pretend to be outraged and terrified, but we are naive in this country and can't even imagine deep and horrible oppession. I want to prevent that. That's why I'm here, sometimes seemingly against my will. I get frustrated with the lack of understanding. And the lack of serious intent. At least to really get the facts.
I stay with it because I belive that the Internet could really be a powerful political tool and a way to consolidate the masses.

For Teresa: Again, I hope you're right about Kerry. I don't agree with you, however, that he was right to avoid the question of election fraud. By keeping silent and conceding immediately, he encouraged the mainstream media to avoid the issue as well, and he gave the G.O.P. thieves ammunition to say, "Even Kerry knows Bush won the election."
You ask, "Why don't you try to communicate with Kerry?" Here's why. All his people talk AT YOU, not WITH YOU. They TELL YOU what's important and ask for money constantly (see other posts). They're not interested in what YOU think, they want you to be interested in what THEY think. I'm sick to death of the whole Kerry operation, frankly...and his constant silence on election fraud makes it even worse.

I just read through this entire thread and am hopeful that Kerry is in prosecutor mode and marshalling the evidence of the largest RICO case (criminal racketeering statute) in history. (We have a brand new empty jail in Portland OR that we have no operating funds for .... just waiting for all the criminals involved in the 2004 election.)
I have a comment on a comment by William on April 22nd that I feel compelled to make:
...William said on 4/22/2005 @ 11:39pm PT...
These fascists are really out of their mind, so I know we are going to see some cracks forming pretty quickly
MY COMMENT: I don't know who Wayne Madsen is, but I find that charge about the Jesuit "cult" to be bizarre and offensive. As a liberal Catholic with a son at a Jesuit highschool, I can tell you that most Jesuit priests are LIBERALS. In October 2004 the highschool had a mock election. The freshman overwhelmingly voted for Bush; the sophomores slightly favored Bush; the Junion slightly favored Kerry and the Seniors overwhelming voted for Kerry. The faculty favored Kerry 80%-20%. And I would say that faculty is doing an excellent job of educating young people about their role in the world and what to look for in political candidates!
The other thing that is fishy about William's comment is that Bush didn't give up the bottle until he was 40 (not 17) and he did it based upon "born-again" fundamentalist principles (even though he attends mainline Protestant churches), not through the influence of any Catholic Jesuit "cult."

I research Mr. Fisher last night and found out more. I

rest you will know that this man was a marked man for
telling the truth. Now he is helping to defend
anti-war protesters in Upstate New York.

PS Two Common Dreams articles to read
One on Jeff Fisher
http://www.commondreams.org/views04/1106-30.htm
One on St Patrick Four
http://www.commondreams.org/views05/0915-34.htm
On July 27, 2004, Jeff Fisher Democratic candidate for
congress in Florida’s 16th district was contacted by
an individual claiming to be the MIS Director at Bay
Point Schools. Jeff Fisher refers to this individual
as XXXXX (here XXX) on his web site Jeff Fisher XXX
says he has uncovered a scheme to alter election
results by inserting “kernals” of code into optical
scan machines and vote tally machines. He says this
method was first tested in 1999 and was used in the
2000 and 2002 elections in Florida and is now planned
for use throughout the US in 2004. He claimed to have
documents and to have given copies of those documents
to someone who was killed (Gibbs?). XXX fears for his
life and has gone into hiding. Fisher tried to
interest various people in XXX’s story without success
until the election surprises.
Jeff Fisher also refers to another individual who
worked securing Bay Point School's computer systems
in 2003, Dr. Piotr Blass, who won't talk about what he
knows. Blass was a write in independent candidate for
US Senate in Florida in 2004.
On November 15, 2004 at midnight the blog site
dailykos broke the story. DailyKos Fisher The
bloggers commenting on this story discover that Bay
Point Schools in fact exists Bay Point Schools and is
owned by Mel Sembler, Bush’s ambassador to Italy. A
quick search on the Internet reveals that Sembler has
a history going back to Ronald Reagan, Oliver North,
Iran Contra, possible foreign election rigging, and
funding Clinton scandal research. He is widely
regarded as the likely source for the Niger yellow
cake forged documents unmasked by Ambassador Wilson.
The chairman of the board of Bay Point Schools is
Joseph P. Klock Jr. Attorney for Katherine Harris
before the US Supreme Court in 2000. This fascinating
blog story was unlinked by 8AM and was locked down
entirely a short time later.
On November 16,2004, Keith Olbermann mentions and
dismisses the Fisher story. I didn't make myself
clear on November 18. The reason I believe Fisher's
story is not that the school's owner and chairman have
Neo-Conservative Neocon ties. The reason I believe
this story is that in July, before the election, XXX
knew that a multiple state fraud using optical scan
voting equipment as the weapon of choice would occur.
Everyone I have read prior to the election was
obsessing about the DRE (touch-screen) and its lack of
voter paper verifiable audit trail. Our fraud
masterminds don't care about the existence of paper
ballots because those paper ballots would never be
counted. We observers were shocked on election night
when the exit polls were wrong. We were shocked again
when the statistical studies by county pointed to the
optical scan equipment in state after state. Only XXX
predicted this to my knowledge.
-------------------------------------------------------
Blog found on Cannon Fire
On July 27, 2004 xxxxxx showed me an email dating
from 1999 which stated that a successful run of
posting felons’ names to electronic voting went
without any problem and leaving no audit trail. Mr.
xxxxx also showed me information that it was done
during the 2002 Florida Gubernatorial Democratic
Primary as well. (Visit
http://www.jefffisherforcongress.com and click on link
labeled “Thank you Michael Moore from Jeff Fisher and
Thom Hartmann”). He then told me that due to this
success and the improvement of programming that it
would probably be used in the General Election on
November 2, 2004. This was relayed to me on July 27,
2004 in the mid afternoon in a parking lot leading
from a McDonald’s to the local county library in the
Kendall area of Dade County. He also mentioned to me
that he was living in fear. He believed his family
might be killed if they found out that he gave this
information to anyone. I tried to get this information
to John Kerry on many occasions through Charles
Figley. All attempts were fruitless.
Additional information:
Regarding conversation with xxxxxxx
xxxx also told me that day (July 27, 2004) that
hardware and software for voting systems such as
Sequoia, ES&S and Diebold could be compromised via
computer coding (source) that was perfected at Bay
Point School(s) and other locations throughout the
United States over the past few years. This was
learned by the interception of inter office emails
that were located within the computer network and hard
drives. Mr. xxxxxx informed me that he was hired to
secure their Internet and Intranet system. During this
time of securing the system he became aware of
pertinent information that was not erased from the
system regarding the production and development of
computerized manipulation procedures to use on a
national level for the 2000 general election. He told
me and showed me that the 1999 email verified that a
test run was conducted for Florida only, and was a
great success due to hiding any visible audit trail
verifying the posting of votes from the felons list.
He also told me that the purpose for the casting of
votes by felons without leaving an audit trail was the
easiest method because they knew that no one would be
looking at the list with interest as a possible form
of voter fraud. The perpetrators knew that it was
going to disenfranchise thousands of voters throughout
the state of Florida. When I asked him how that would
be accomplished he said that would be done by computer
source coding that would appear random to the average
person yet it was to create under and over voting and
create a bias toward a specific candidate. I was
unable to attain these documents because, as xxxx
explained, someone had been killed and he felt it
could happen to him also… or to his family. xxxxxx
told me that he informed Dr. Piotr Blass of these
facts and that they had yet to find someone whom they
could trust with this information. He also said that
he would, over time, show me more if I could prove
myself to be reliable, loyal and trustworthy to Dr.
Blass.
Later on during our conversation xxxxx showed me
another email memo dated after the 2002 Florida
Democratic Primary (Mid to late September) stating
that the felons’ procedure was a success in the
election of Bill McBride over Janet Reno and Darryl
Jones. xxxxx also told me that he had recently read an
email that he could not show me for security reasons
and the threat of possibly being killed. According to
xxxxx, this email would reveal new electronic
procedures that were being perfected in other
facilities out of state and would possibly be
implemented in the General Election this fall. I asked
xxxx what it was and how it could be done. He said
that it was an intricate network that has been
developed since the mid 1990’s and it would take place
in several states to divert attention from a
centralized location.
In August, Dr. Blass informed me that he knew that
xxxxx had knowledge of how the coding was being
distributed throughout the United States due to xxxx
being the MIS Director at Baypoint School. He told me
that xxxx had revealed this information to him in bits
and pieces in the early part of 2004 (Jan-March) via
personal contacts at Baypoint. Dr. Blass also told me
he was friends with Joe Klock even though he was made
aware [by xxxx] that Mr. Klock was allegedly having
sexual relations with some of the male students.
During the month of October Dr. Blass was asking
via email and on radio for financial support to free
his son from Growing Together (see Rense article). His
efforts were fruitless until approximately ten days
before the General Election. Dr. Blass even had me
advertise on my own website that if they contributed
to my campaign I would donate 10% to the David Lopez
Blass Defense Fund. Dr. Blass had my communications
manager, Al Rogers, living in his home for several
days promoting a petition to free his son, which would
be given to Governor Jeb Bush. On Monday October 25,
2004, Dr. Blass informed me that he no longer needed
Al’s services or mine, for that matter, because he had
Joe Klock assisting him in the release of his son, and
that he had received the needed funds. When I asked
him from whom he received the funds he first stated to
me that it was none of my business. Then, a few
minutes later he told me his brother provided the
funds, but to not tell anyone.
In late October, Dr. Blass informed me, while at
Key College (Dania Beach, Florida), that he had spoken
with xxxx again and that more information had been
obtained as to how Bay Point School was getting
additional funding for computer training and equipment
in 2001 and 2003. Dr. Blass thought that it was
interesting as that Ambassador Sembler was a key
factor in funneling funds to Bay Point School via
Joseph Klock as well as to Connie Mack and Michael
Bilarakis. I asked him how he knew this and he told me
that xxxx had told him in April or May of 2004.
Russell Baker (Nation Magazine) has interviewed
Mr. xxxx on Nov. 12, 2004 and had Mr. xxxx verbally
confirm that there is documentation regarding election
fraud.
We have much to go on here. The name of Mr. xxxx will
come out soon --- these names always do.
A final point: Fisher links to Kathy Dopp's page.
Apparently he, like Randi Rhodes, considers the
"Dixiecrat" theory insufficient to explain all of the
anomalous cross-party voting. I note that Rhodes and
Fisher live in Florida, unlike most of their critics.

This specific political internet group that I'm a
member of is called Democracy and Fair Elections,
DFE. We're an uncharted internet discussion group
that's founded and based upon the voting
irregularities in the November 2004 General
Election in Ohio, Florida, North Carolina and Texas.
Our present members stand at 25,000 based upon our
June 2005 quarterly closing. We're proud Americans who
represent the Green, Libertarian, Liberal Democrats
and Independent Parties who believe that John Kerry
and Al Gore won the 2004 and 2000 general election.
Our mission is to continue the investigation that
Jeff Fisher testified on December 8th, 2004 to Ted
Kalo, Minority General Counsel, Committee on the
Judiciary in room B351-C,Rayburn. His number is
202-225-6906. This is related to an email from
1999 linking Bay Point School to the General Election
of 2000 and 2004.
Since the CSPAN telecast on 12/8/04 our investigators
have come up with evidence of Clint
Curtis, Congressman Tom Feeney, Dr. Piotr Blass
and Sean Lennon (the informant, xxx) whom each had taken a part in having Al Gore lose in 2000 and John Kerry in
2004. This information was obtained by electronic (cell phone) conversations in November and
December between Dr. Piotr Blass and Sean Lennon.
Mr. Fisher was hospitalized on December 16 at
George Washington University, where he was told
that he experienced Todd’s Paralysis. He then dropped
out of sight until January where he was spotted on a
subway in NYC. In March he was seen in Los
Angeles. In July he was seen in San Francisco at Saint
Francis Hospital.
His wife has divorced him and has convinced his
family and friends that he has deserted her and
their son and daughter. Our sources in NYC have
revealed that he felt betrayed by the Democratic
party lack of interest in seeking out the truth.
The second reason we believe why he hasn't been
ableto be located is that his wife tried to have him
institutionalized around Thanksgiving last year.
Ourinvestigators intercepted phone calls from Mrs.
Fisher that she wanted to have her husband Baker
Acted in Florida due to his patriotic efforts to
save the nation, which she believed was not in her
family's best interests. We also have
investigated other individuals who were close to Jeff
Fisher andverified that she was malicious toward his
political beliefs and that she actually used force
against his will (attempted running her car into him)
onThanksgiving Day. She has told many people that
the election fraud that has been taking place since
1999shouldn't be addressed and she would do
everything possible to discredit her husbands efforts.
We did a thorough investigation of Mr. Fisher and
he was a welcome relief of fresh air in the political
arena. He revealed his imperfections to everyone,
which in our eyes was taking the high road toward
being an honest and trustworthy politician.
We know that he teamed up with another person to
fight consumer/judicial injustices in California.
His name showed up recently in a court case as a
witness. Due to his testimony, the charged party
was found innocent. It is time to ask everyone who
supported him last year when he stood up and
defended our rights and ask for his survival as an
American Patriot.
We must not Forget
We must Protect our Elections
We must find & bring Jeff Fisher to America's Rescue
Tell every proud American that
this patriot must never be forgotten.
A proud American from S.F.,
Janna Crieghton

Hi,
Jeff Fisher was here in Binghamton, NY this past month, (Sept), working to support the St Patty's Day Four with their trial. My housemate spoke with him personally, but I did not. Love, Steve

“Conservatives have long been worried about federal finances,” says Republican Rep. Tom Feeney of Florida. “Now that worry is turning into frustration and anger.”
Bwahahaha!!! Can you BELIEVE This guy? If anyone has a reason to be a Bush family loyalist, it's this creep. He must be thinking they can't protect him anymore, and looking to position himself as a fiscal conservative. Does he think his own stinking garbage barge won't be following him around?

One of our colleagues spoke briefly to Mr. Curtis very recently, and he was very nervous. He had been receiving death threats all the time, and his story with '60 Minutes' is a total wash-out. I've contacted '60 Minutes', asking them if they were really going to let the Dan Rather screw-up humble them against reporting Clint's mind-blowing, (or arm-slashing, I guess) story, and I have been in touch with Nancy Grace at CNN, a reporter on the L.A. Times, and a former federal agent. With the public's help, maybe we can force the media to bring attention to this story once again. It is NEVER too late for us to know the truth. I urge everyone to contact '60 Minutes' or Nancy Grace (NancyGrace@cnn.com) and tell them, "Look, this is a story that demands attention. It's not about Republican and Democrat anymore. It's clearly about good vs. evil." This is about undisputable proof of Tom Feeney's attempt to pull-off the ultimate lie --- and quite possibly an accomplice to MURDER.
