Ohhhh, Novak you mean you don't know anything about **the leaking of Brewster Jennings in order to wage illegal war on Iraq?**
Surely Novak you ain't done it.
You didn't get **classified** information from Lewis Libby, and committed treason on national television. You didn't sell your soul out to Karl Rove did you?
Did Michael Ledeen and friends put you up to it, Novak?
I can't wait to see your ass in jail alongside the rest of the treasonous bastards. You're going down Novak, and you damn well **KNOW IT**

This one's priceless. Seeing a NeoCon chickenhawk tirade is quite entertaining. That plus the Bush finger incident is a sign of things to come.
I have no doubt in my mind Robert Fitzgerald is doing his job, just like Ronnie Earle. These guys are honest prosecutors regardless of party lines.

I saw it over at Media Matters for America. It’s hard to make out what tipped him over the edge but Carville said something like the --- Wall Street Journal editorial page is watching you so you gotta show them your tough --. and then Nofacts said something like BS and just got up and walked away. I couldn't make out what the other guy said as he and Carville were talking over each other.
I think a BS live on CNN is worth a couple hundred thou ain't it? I was offended. But, then again, Nofacts offends every time he spews right wing talking points and lies.

However, I hope they keep him around fro just a little longer for the entertainment value. After that, find him a nursing home behind bars.

Just watched the video. I really can't make sense of it out of context. Seemed to be a discussion about Katherine Harris running for the Senate. I don't see Novak cracking up (much as I'd like to). The host (?) said something like "go for it Bob, you've gotta show those right-wingers you've got backbone" (????) Then Novak said "bullshit", ...exit. I take it that Novak didn't come back? Or maybe he was just taking a potty break? Can anyone clarify?

**Howard Wilkinson** also thinks there might be something fishy going on....But won't go out on a limb yet.
4) Optical Scanners are ES&S model 315
Central tabulator runs ERS
Link that supports some of the above
Schmidt had the same thing happen in the primary....This is why its very **STRANGE** how the results came out....
"About fifteen minutes ago, a rethug official, a Clermont County
party officer, said that the delay in finishing the last 91 precincts
was due to "high humidity causing some problems in handling the ballots..." BULLSHIT ! (edit - I heard this LIVE on air from an
interview with this official, I think a rethug BoE director. And I believe he said "...we'll hand-count the remaining 91 precincts." So this could have been a lie to give time to rig the tab output. Jes' sayin'.
We NEED to have eyewitness reports.)
The ES&S opscan tabulators and the election workers are in AIR-CONDITIONED ROOMS!!! Are they really so arrogant as to think we're THAT STUPID? Of course they do! (edit - I'd be VERY surprised if ANY polling places were not A-C'd)
BTW, Clermont uses ES&S tabs to "count" opscan paper. This IS the county where ballots were discovered with white stickers
over Kerry votes. WTF happened to THAT crime?
And there's word that "some monitors (people) have been shoved out of the rooms." Not sure if this was in Clermont or
another county, but this has ALL the hallmarks of FRAUD!
(edit - this was reported on air at same time that "there are reports of voting irregularities... But that story died in the media.
Perhaps just a rumor, later proven not true. I don't know...)"

The corporate media have suspended Novak!!
"CNN suspended commentator Robert Novak indefinitely after he swore and walked off the set Thursday during a debate with Democratic operative James Carville.
The exchange during CNN's "Inside Edition" came during a discussion of Florida's Senate campaign. But CNN correspondent Ed Henry noted when it was through that he had been about to ask Novak about his role in the investigation of the leak of a CIAofficer's identity.
A CNN spokeswoman, Edie Emery, called Novak's behavior "inexcusable and unacceptable." Novak has apologized to CNN, and CNN apologizes to viewers, she said. "We've asked Mr. Novak to take some time off," she said."
Guess the downing street investigation is getting too close, too hot for comfort for the corporate media.....After all, those aiding and abetting **crimes** are also noted to be indicted by the Grand Jury......

But don't you guys get it?
Novak has been suspended for "bad language during a moment of passion" and that is what will be remembered. That is what will sit in the databases for the rest of eternity and come up when you Google Novak.
It is a far cry from being suspended for being a traitor and a liar and a scumsucking... well, you get the idea.
They have "controlled" the situation once more.
These people are dangerous and these are VERY dangerous times we live in. Be careful, or you might wake up in Germany in 1940 and be asking yourself the simple question --- "How did I get to the point where I can't fight back without risking death?"

"the corporate media are the ones on the run."
I wish that you were right, Doug, really, I do.
But they control the message. They are the machine. No story goes out that they don't decide goes out, and then it only goes out as they wish it to. And understand, they can "cover" a story by having it on ONCE and their record is clean. Then they can turn to 24-hour-around-the-clock-coverage on some non-story and swamp the little minds of their audience.
We are pawns in a grand chess game. Our moves are small and limited.
If it were not true, then the story of the stolen election in the Ohio 2nd would be on everybody's lips today, instead of buried in a few courageous blogs like this one.
I'm getting depressed. I think I'll sign off for now.
Good luck with the battle.

The other day, when Novak commented in print for the first time about his role in the "outting", the article (inadvertently??) included Novak's email. I sent him one telling him what I thought of him. I wonder how many other people in America also took advantage of the opportunity to give him a piece of their minds. People like Novak get away with so much, it's a shock when it all starts to catch up with them.

:)Now that Novak has seen the possible outcome for his bias commentary, he is not ready to be in front of a mass of people when he's asked questions concerning Joseph Wilson and his wife. If the truth is spoken, he cannot escape his part in delivering the punishment for Karl Rove, or probably the president. It could be something like: "where was Robert Novak when he discovered he is just as dishonest as the person who gave him the name of this man's wife. I bet he was on the CNN set ready to do some more slanted commentary when he discovered he could go to jail for his delivery. This did not set well so he said, without knowing it, "Bullshit" and walked off the set. Remember any question can be the end for this man in one-way or another.

Tom is a far right conservative, he has questionable sources for disinformation.
He is not as credible as Wayne Madsen.
In the end though, this report has reached beyond Flocco. Several other reporters have investigated this to get confirmation.
Bottom line is indictments may have been handed down...

I thought it was a possibility he was drunk too, but what drove him to act like such an ass is the bigger question. He appeared to be in control before his sudden "episode". He appeared to have a plan to take offensive the the first slam by Carville-it looked so contrived like a bad actor trying to pull off a scene way beyond his acting skills. I've never heard of Novak doing anything this stupid and infantile looking that I've ever heard of before--though he is a jerk and wacko on a regular basis. If anyone has heard of another time in Novak's TV career that he has done something bizzare in this manner please share.

I suspect the little coward took the first jab in his direction, blew up, and stormed off like a drama queen just to avoid getting asked "THE question".

As a member of the Christian Left, I would like to impart some words from the Bible... because it seems relevent to the neo con falling from grace we are witnessing here with Mr. Novak's comments:
2With a mighty voice he shouted:
"Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!
She has become a home for demons
and a haunt for every evil spirit, a haunt for every unclean and detestable bird."
- Revelation 18:2
Could it be that the author of Revelations (St. John the Divine) was actually seeing visions of the fall of the neocons in 2005? After all, starting with the Republican Revolution of 1994, we have become more and more like Babylon.

From Raw Story, Democrats pile it on Novak, 'Can't stand the heat: That's bullshit'.
"If You Can't Stand The Heat...That's Bull*t!" blares a Democratic National Committee release issued Friday. Conservative columnist Robert Novak quit a CNN program live yesterday before taking questions about his role in the outing of a CIA operative, saying, 'that's bullshit.'
"Apparently, Robert Novak was afraid to answer questions in an open forum or perhaps he had to meet with his lawyer,” DNC spokeswoman Karen Finney said in the release. “Either way, he needs to come clean about his conversations with Karl Rove, ‘Scooter’ Libby, and any other Administration officials, and help get to the bottom of this breach of national security."
Here are "The Questions Bob Novak Thought Were Bull*t," according to the DNC. (read on....)

Novak Changes His Story on How He Got Plame's Name. Novak, in an interview, said his sources had come to him with the information. 'I didn't dig it out, it was given to me,' he said. "They thought it was significant, they gave me the name and I used it." But he then suggested in an op-ed that he got it from the book Who's Who in America, saying that "Once it was determined that Wilson's wife suggested the mission, she could be identified as 'Valerie Plame' by reading her husband's entry in 'Who's Who in America.'"
