It strikes me as a bit strange that there are still so few comments on this thread, three hours after it started. Personally, I have found the show so interesting that I have found it difficult to think of anything to add to it. And I do hope this sentiment is as widespread as I think it might be. I’m all up for ideas on how to get it started. For instance the most common cable provider Comcast, we should be able to write enough letters/call them enough that they can carry affiliate stations like IWT on their package.
But what about corporate stooges like AT&T? Will they EVER carry Current TV, IWT etc. without public backlash?? I’d say its time to find out!

Hey Joan, I tried to email Oprah and Michael Moore, even attached the PNAC links to my email, and got their standard reply emails. I have a feeling Moore already knows about PNAC, maybe he just needs the funding to get another documentary off the ground. That’s a great idea about 6 or 7 of us getting their attention, that’s what it will probably take to convince them public needs them because journalists have abandoned us. I think Express Mail or Fedex is the only thing that will get to them personally though. We want it to get right in their hands and bypass the office folks , so that Oprah and MM and RR will read it, not their office managers. Robert Redford, I hope we can open his eyes, Paul Newman is also into social justice, its just a matter of convincing them the urgency to get the word out to the public. Go see Hijacking Catastrophe, it answers a lot of Fahrenheit 9/11’s unanswered questions. Actually, Yank, I have to laugh at myself! I had sent the link to the video clip of Hijacking Catastrophe (which sounded sooo familiar to me) a while back to jPentz who then posted it on her website http://www.reallynews.com. There’s so much coming out every day I think I’ve forgotten more than a lot of people know about this stuff!! We have to keep posting the stuff because people are still learning or just coming around.
I learned about PNAC over a year ago & began piecing together (to borrow a phrase) What Really Happened. I haven’t seen the video (Hijacking Catastrophe) but want to see it. Has it been aired on Free Speech TV or other programs only found on Satellite TV? Damn I hate this suppression.

Am now listening to last nite’s reBradcast. David Cobb referred to all the irregularities in Ohio last year and mentioned the long voter lines which reminded me of something I’ve recently read from the ACVR site. Would like to get comments on some testimony by one William Anthony (part A – scroll down to paragraphs 4 – 7). Do we write him off as another Kenneth Blackwell (albeit democratic)? Was his county perhaps "showcased" to illustrate equal-opportunity-aggravation? Hope some of you can take time to read to read the graphs and comment. I wasn’t able several days ago to find any dirt on Mr. Anthony.
I was at the DC demonstration last Sat. I started feeling exhausted by Monday. Wed I had to come home early from work and havn’t been back. I have some of the symptoms of this tularemia. Why did they wait a WEEK to get this information out?!!! It is treatable by antibiotics but, not if treated, can be fatal in 5-15% of the cases. I wouldn’t have heard about it had my son, who lives in the DC area, not called me last night when he saw it on the news. I have heard NOTHING about it on the news, only that article posted from the Washington Post. Does anyone else out there have flu-like symptoms?
I was at the march in DC last weekend. I started feeling tired by Monday and had to leave work early on Wed and haven’t been back since. I’ve had flu like symptoms. Last night, my son, who lives in the DC area, called and told me about the news report of all of us being exposed to tularemia, which is treatable by antibiotics, but if not treated, could result in death. It took them a WEEK to report it?!!! This is our Homeland ‘Security’?!! There were babies there for crying out loud. Has anyone else developed symptoms? I’m getting tested tomorrow. We need to scream loud and hard about this, there is no excuse for holding this information for a week.

More than a half-dozen sensors operating from 10 a.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday — at sites including the Lincoln Memorial, Fort McNair and Judiciary Square — detected the bacteria, Pane said he was told.
He said the CDC expected to notify hospitals nationwide as a precaution because so many people came from out of town to the Mall last weekend.
Similarly, he said, he expected area health officials to watch for symptoms into next week.
Authorities recommend that people who visited the Mall between 10 a.m. Sept. 24 and 10 a.m. Sept. 25 should see a physician if they experience symptoms.
I mentioned the CDC warning about tularemia in DC to someone today and she said "Oh, another conspiracy theory!" *sigh*

I saw that news article about the disease detection at the DC march as well. I emailed it to John Aravosis at AmericaBlog because I know he lives there and thought he might want to know about it.
I think it’s a much bigger deal than most people think for this reason: What if there had in fact been a BIOattack that day, what good are "Air Samplers" if they don’t help people on the ground in real time?
I think this is a HUGE story that for some reason is getting almost zero coverage. Afterall, this is a post 9/11 world, and we are talking about our nation’s capitol!

I called my doctor yesterday. He told me he saw no reason for me to be tested as long as I am displaying no symptoms, but to see what happens this week & to let him know. So do I listen to him?…I’m nearly as skeptical about doctors as I am about politicians!
The thing is…the CDC says they are not too worried at this point because there are no reported cases, but will someone report it if they think they just have the flu??

JOAN, take your temp., it is a febrile illness. Your concern is understandable, but symptoms should have presented by now, and i am very glad you have none.
The bacteria can live for sveral weeks, so it wouldn’t hurt to make sure you launder the clothes you wore (wash and DRY) completely, clean your shoes, things like that, better to be over cautious, but not to alarm you.
I tend to agree with the CDC, they are very savey to this, even if they are sloooow.
OK folks, I’ll try not to post this twice this time. Sorry about that, I’m new to this so bear with me. I went to the doctor today, I had a fever, my BP was elevated and so was my white cell count. He told me the only way to know for sure if I have it is to test muscus from my lungs and I’m not coughing anything up although my chest is very tight. He said since I have all the symptoms he’s going to treat me for it anyway and if I’m not better in 3 days I have to go back. He gave me cipro. So, that’s the deal, I may or may not have it. I have something that is kicking my ass, that’s for sure. Today is a week I’ve been sick.

Take them all, even if you get to feeling better, this is important. And don’t be alarmed should your temp go up a degree or two after you start them. I spoke with Thom Hartmann this AM about being approached some time back to help train some private security or private military guard types. I have just sent the following to Thom who’s views are much like Brad’s.
At the time I knew nothing of plans for private military types. I knew nothing of Blackwater or anything about the fellow who had sought me out. He had done so because of a mutual acquaintance that knew of my background in State Corrections. This was six, perhaps seven years ago and I had no reason to believe this fellow to be grounded. I suspected he was exaggerating his connections and purpose. The ‘Cons’ had their plans in place but it was nothing like common knowledge then.
We would have unlimited powers. We would have state of the art equipment. We would be very well paid. Our methods or tactics would not be questioned. I recall thinking at the time; not in this country.
Yes, Thom, my views on these folks may be more cynical, more extreme, still much harsher then yours. I also know that’s saying something because I know that you consider them to be dangerous sociopath, driven by greed, prone to rig elections, out to destroy Democracy, driven by unchained greed, etc. etc.. Where we do part, is where I can only hope that you may be correct and my perceptions to be wrong. I believe that they planed, along with Ben Laden for the events of 9-11. I believe that for years they had expressed their needs for a "New Pearl Harbor". I know that the Bushes and the BenLadene’s had been very close for years with much money exchanged between them. I will not here attempt to re-account all that I have studied on this subject. If I am right on this one, however, it shifts them into quite another category. Indeed it does shift them into a category where they might well obstruct rescue efforts in New Orleans that was heavily populated by poor Black Democrats.
It goes without saying that this Administration is a full blown nightmare even if they were to come up somewhere short of the truly evil, psychopathic criminals that I have come to perceive. There are clearly any number of reasons to evict them from our government. So why do I find myself moved to include this added dimension? It is because, as you and I both understand; the key to solving problems lies in seeing the problems clearly. That the secret of sound mental health is to be directly tuned to reality.
I do believe that if we perceive this crew as bumbling incompetents who are a bit on the greedy side or that they are simply owned by special interests, then we will likely come up short of resolving the magnitude of the problems confronting us. I am seeing a small crew that will go to any extreme in pursuit of their agenda. I will not suggest that we should minimize that. If they would take us into wars for their personal profits (and/or political advantages) then we need to see that fact clearly. If we fall short on that how might we retain any hope to effectively end those ventures?
One question that you are presently pondering; If indeed Chaney and Bush made the decision to expose Valery Wilson’s status as an undercover agent, what do you believe they thought would happen to her? What would likely happen to any undercover agent when exposed? I believe they fully expected that she would probably be killed. They were OK with that. It would be an appropriate pay-back for husband Joe. What does that tell you, Thom?
