The 80s trickle-down was very good! The 80s were labeled by the Left as the "Decade of Greed." More African-Americans became millionaires than ever before. I did quite well in the 80s. Trickle-down works! It's called Keynesian Economics, Reaganomics, Supply-Side Economics, and "If You Build It They Will Come."
