   It depends on the notion of accountability.

   Intent follows the bullet.

   When The Dick and The Rummy, along with the other republican cabinet, decided to invade Iraq they intended all forseeable consequences.

   Therefore each day that people die in that country the republicans, including The Dick, shot somebody.

   I think they are accountable, and therefore they should be held accountable.

   Well, that shooting was a mistake in TX. Normally the Veep prefers someone else to do his shooting for him. Also his blowing people up, bombing children, torturing folks…

   It made him feel bad to have to do it himself, but then, sometimes this stuff happens when a guy gets drunk and goes stomping around with guns…
