Off topic but this is a hot tip! Ann Coulter is rumoured to be living with a man named Richard Haas on her fancy Plam Beach estate. Not much is known about Haas but he appears to be in Palm Beach real estate. More to come as details become known.

You know the “ignore” button that some forums have to get rid of trolls (like MRS PANSTREPPON, #3) who post off-topic items to fragment and distract serious dicussion? We really need one here.
