This looks suspiciously like the repubs turning election fraud back in America’s face. It is so cynical to try and turn the election fraud into a leftist plot!
Imagine that dispite their best efforts at fraud the repubs lose. They simply claim that it was Chavez’s fault. This is perfect. The investigation is starting BEFORE the election, but will not end until AFTER the election. We will only be able to speculate about how the outcome of the election influenced the outcome of the investigation.
The only reason they’re investigating Smarmatic is because venezuela has been public in their disdain for the current government. If Venezuela were alligned with the Republican’s AND manipulating votes, they would’nt be investigating.
I’m still laughing. The thought of the election being stolen from the people who are trying to steal the election! That’s great. Especially if it’s being done by their old friend, Hugo Chavez.
And we’ve known this for how many years? I remember posting about it on a bulletin board sometime last year at least.

In the debate about the reliability of electronic voting technology, the South Florida parent company of one of the nation’s leading suppliers of touch-screen voting machines is drawing special scrutiny from the U.S. government.
Federal officials are investigating whether Smartmatic, owner of Oakland, Calif.-based Sequoia Voting Systems, is secretly controlled by Venezuelan President Hugo Chà¡vez, according to two people familiar with the probe.

The bu$$h crime family in general and $$hrub,.. cheney,.. rove,.. USAID,.. and IRI have had their dirty/grimy/filthy fingers meddling in the Venezuelan elections with the specific agenda to get their mitts on Venezuelan petroleum resources.
These paranoid criminals have been tampering with the democratic election process to unseat Hugo Chavez. The efforts and diligence of the bu$$h crime family to toss/fix their elections has caused concern that the Venezuelan government or Hugo Chavez may return the favor and meddle in the American election process.
The findings of this investigation will likely lead no where,.. the bu$$h crime family is 10X more unethical,.. corrupt,.. and underhanded than Hugo Chavez could hope or dream of ever being. If they were not so guilty they would not be so paranoid that Chavez would meddle in or sabotage our elections.
