   Lots of races with a margin of 52% to 48% or thereabouts. If these elections had been conducted with paper ballots, I’d be willing to bet that there would be many more of these showing 60% to 40% splits in the voting in favor of the Dems. Some even bigger than that. Trouble for the Repubicans is that it’s hard to cheat against a landslide.

   And, in regards to the idea of a ‘mandate’…. what’s it going to take you morons (Bush and Cheney) for you to realize we (the American people) all HATE YOU!??

   We might give that hate idea some worthy consideration.

   But not one second before Bolton’s – Okay vote.

   oh yes,..
   *extend the tax cut for the super duper rich,..
   *enact total permanent repeal of the death tax,..
   *privatize social security – gift to Wall St.
   *start war with Iran,.. seize oil wells
   *start war with North Korea,.. give spoils to S. Korea
   *steal Venezuelan December election,.. if not start war, then seize Venezuelan oil wells – divide up to Exxon/Mobil, Chevron, BP. Royal Dutch Shell, Halliburton, Texas oil tycoon buddies, and House of Saud – oil sheiks.
   *open the trans Mexico/USA/Canada super hi-way –
   and decimate the USA longshoremen’s,.. dock worker’s,.. trucking,.. and railroad labor unions.

   then we can talk about
   dissatisfaction? (hate?) of bu$$hco.
   what’s not to absolutely love ?

   Thanks for posting that, Dredd.

   I read some of the article in the wee hours of this morning – up struggling to find out what the nation’s saying, thinking, believing. Struggling to decide how We The People can restore the Power back unto ourselves & return Congress to working for OUR best interests, not their own.

   Other than the outdated phrase “tinfoil hat” I agree with Will Bunce when he says: “…Did [they]..just produce an election flop…on purpose?”

   I have believed from the moment the returns showed a Democrat Win of the House & Senate coupled with the silence of the GOPers & their quick & quiet capitulation, that very thing, myself.

   Was it bush & Rove? Maybe. But maybe it’s a bigger entity than that. Who’s really pulling the strings?

   Do I think the elections are manipulated on many levels & have been for decades? Yup.

   Do I think our government is being controlled by shadows we can’t see? Yup.

   Do I think We The People can shine a light on this corruption and make it another successful clean-up project? I do. I think it will take years and a lotta Hard Work but I think it can be done.

   We must start holding the criminals in government accountable & make them pay for their crimes against humanity and the American People.

   Remember, the company is only as good as its management, and just look at us now.

   Let’s work for a REAL change.
