OT II Scooter goes down
This confirms it. They could not get to good republican judge Walton. He is not a loyal bushie after all.
There is civil war at the Department of
Justice Just Us and in the White What House. They could not bring enough pressure to bear on Walton to "let my people go", and so Libby is off to danger land where he may find some enemies.
I say there is a civil war because two years ago they could have gotten to Walton. The times they are a changin and the House of Cards is going down.
Bush will come under an unpresidented amount of pressure to pardon "one of us" and if he does not the nut-base will go ballistic. The neoCons in congress will have a nervous breakdown.
Meanwhile american idol and whats-her-face the blonde will grab most of the faux snooze.

Back on topic
"So where did Thor get his million dollars for his now shut down and discredited organization?"
Imagine C5-A cargo planes carrying 13.5 tons of crisp $100 dollar bills into Baghdad.
Imagine that all of that cash, according to The Honorable Paul Bremer Bushie, got lost.
Imagine gamblers winning money at Jack Abramoff [R - DC] casinos. And getting paid in crisp $100 bills ... or at the Watergate poker games where CIA agent Dusty Foggo let them win crisp $100 bills "for reasons".
Gosh Brad ... I dunno ... where did thuder man Thor get all his crisp $100 bills?

When I heard Peter Kirsanow refer to Mark "Thor" Hearne's evidence of voter fraud, I wrote a series of comments in that TPM Muckraker post about the validity of Hearne's so-called evidence.
Yesterday, I posted a blog entry about the case of the "union goons" in Philadelphia on Election Day in 2004 at the TPM Cafe (link above). In it, I demonstrated that the junior GOP operative who claimed he and his colleague were attacked by an all-white mob of roughly 10 large white union goons was lying.
Hearne included the police reports about the so-called attacks as part of the exhibits to the 8/05 ACVR report and he did not redact the names of two of the so-called unon goons, Bernard A. Griggs, a black man, and Fred Cosenza. So much for the all-white mob.
I suspect that Hearne submitted the story about Griggs and Cosenza violently attacking the GOP to
Congress without ever asking Griggs and Cosenza about their side of the story.
Nice, huh? ACVR - GOP Goon Squad

I dont get it was that guy testifying not under oath, or just fibbin? My grandfather was a lawyer. I wonder what he thinks about this shit? Maybe he's too old to think now.... But uh, you'd figure that a fucking country under war, would have motherfuckers swear an oath when they testify. That way they can become domestic terrorists later on....when the truth comes out.
I am sick of these fuckers. Seems like an un-ending supply of corruption.
Fickin stick a wrench in the shit!

I remember in basic training, they made us write down the serial numbers of all our 1 dollar, 5,10, 20, 100 bills.

Maybe time for a new law, testify to the government, and lie, don't matter if you took an oath.
You get hard labor at Levonworth!

Brad, I caught the guy's reference to Mark Hearne, and I heard his attempt to elevate "voter fraud" to the heinousness of "vote suppression." He quoted some pretty audacious numbers; thousands of votes bought, voting in multiple jurisdictions, etc., all of which came from some statistic mill, and all of which could sway listeners, even poorly informed Senators. Do we have any indication about how this guy's testimony was received, or whether the Senators asked him any searching questions?
