Today the House GOP members managed to block Congressman Rush Holt’s emergency voting bill with a 239 ““ 178 vote; a 2/3 majority was required for passage. It is unknown at this time what the next move will be. Maybe an all-out ban on DREs? The bill would get nowhere but it would bring the Election Integrity Community back together.
Today is “Match Day” for Sequoia. Can they satisfy Smartmatic with a matching offer that will save themselves from Hart Intercivic? And, if they do, will they have enough funds left to continue paying their contracts and employees? …

On your Alternet link Johm (mis-spell intended, McCain ad joke)
I’ve figured out, not only have the Republicans screwed with the Vets (VA) and voting (DOJ), they have screwed with injured workers too (The SSA and work comp)
I just last month figured out what I had after 5 years of suffering with it after being injured on the job, when I went to a new Doctor at USF, his underling told me that my previous private Doctor had it as a diagnosis but never told me what it was. I had found it on the internet just weeks before my appointment at USF.
From the Symptoms I’ve been telling them from the onset, they knew what it was 5 years ago, but do you think they would tell me? not on your life.
The new game is stall/hide the diagnosis, maybe he’ll go away or die.
When I asked for a physical evaluation 4 years ago to show them what I could or couldn’t do, and I got a denial letter from AIG (the work comp insurer in Ca.), I showed that to the Administrative Law Judge. She looked at it, asked for copy and my Social Security Lawyer asked if he could have the denial letter to make copies for the ALJ. Figuring that would be OK (being he was MY lawyer and all) he took that letter, kept it and dumped me.
WTF?
I wrote Sen. Nelsons D-Fl office about it, they basically brush me off with boilerplate return notes.
They know they have me over a barrel because I can’t work and have no cash to hire a civil attorney to fight them.
I’m trying to figure out my next move (without violence) now.
They are Nasty Fuckers trying to save a buck for the WAR, meanwhile I lay here and rot with no treatment.
Myelitis is the name of the problem I have.
