Election officials in Pinellas Co., Florida, were probably very surprised when they inspected their voting machines for malware and found that even though their system is not connected to the internet two bugs, known as Flush.G and W32.SillyDC, were present. There goes the excuse that “our system can’t be hacked (attacked) because it isn’t hooked-up to the internet” excuse.
San Bernardino Co., California, has discovered a ‘bug’ in its central tabulator, known by Sequoia Voting, that does not correctly count the number of precincts.
The ES&S system used in Curry Co, New Mexico, seems to have a ‘glitch.’ Precinct totals in an early voting location were counted more than once.
One voter went to the polls in Los Angeles Co., California, and used the accessible voting system only to find that the system “flipped” his votes in four separate races. …

John, Thank you for doing what you do. Could you please explain the voting issues in Tacoma, WA. or send me to a link on them. I have tried to find out more about them, but have not had success.
Is there any connection among the four candidates that Brad F’s votes were flipped to? Is this a case of election fraud or incompetence (maybe I should say that God for incompetence if they were competent it might be harder than it is to find their misdeeds.

Being from neighboring Kitsap County, I can try to explain what is happening in Pierce Co (Tacoma).
Pierce’s voters have voted to use Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) in the future. That has caused a problem because they use Sequoia precinct-based optical scan machines at the precincts, Sequoia central count for the mail-in ballots and Sequoia Edge DREs for accessibility. The Sequoia system, as used today, does not have the ability to handle RCV.

I think there is no connection between the four candidates that Brad’s votes flipped to. One of the first things I did was to see if there was a pattern; i.e. the vote moved to one candidate above, one below, two above, etc.; but there is no pattern.
