"Voter fraud" is of little to no concern at all because it could never make more than a 0.001% difference in any election.

"Election Fraud" however which Republicans have clearly and blatantly committed in the 2000/04'/06' elections can be committed by just ONE person, done in such a way that nobody would know nor can actually stop them since "electronic voting machines" can be so easily rigged.
