I’m a leftist. That guy may have been legit, although a whiner who doesn’t get involved in politics (ooh! too dirty!), unless there’s an American Idol they can worship, and then nitpick to death.
There are a lot of leftist disappointed disaffected Dems that dream of a primary challenge to the Big O, though it wouldn’t go anywhere, and if it did, would split the coalition and elect the Reptilican.
