In still more Internets related news…Access to the official GeorgeWBush.com campaign site has been apparently cut off, as of Monday, to all those pesky foreign countries, according to this report from Netcraft.
While non-US citizens may be grateful for this, in a cruel bit of revenge to our terror-loving neighbors to the North, reports are that Canadians are still allowed to visit the site. Sorry Canuks! But just 5 more days of this crap and your long national nightmare-by-proxy should finally be over.
“Bush/Cheney ’04: We even ignore the “World” on the World Wide Web!”

It’s nice to see someone else finally picked up on this, but I wouldn’t exactly call we Canucks being allowed to still visit that site "revenge" as our Northern lot of right-wingnuts seem to be particularly inspired by yours (a precursor part of our current "Conservative" party hired a bunch of Republican "consultants" back in the mid-1980s). Seems more like an attempt at "co-operative Imperialism" to me. :plain:
As for "terror-loving"…considering that a lot of us up here view the US the same way a mongoose regards a cobra……
I just think the Repugs are truly afraid of the rest of the world.
