When I spoke with Jeff Fisher this morning (Saturday, November 06, 2004), the Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives from Florida’s 16th District said he was waiting for the FBI to show up. Fisher has evidence, he says, not only that the Florida election was hacked, but of who hacked it and how. And not just this year, he said, but that these same people had previously hacked the Democratic primary race in 2002 so that Jeb Bush would not have to run against Janet Reno, who presented a real threat to Jeb, but instead against Bill McBride, who Jeb beat.
It’s a very clear and convincing read. As I say, it’s a must read! Please give it a look.

In reading the article, if I understand correctly, the problem is with the optical scan machines – but don’t they scan a ballot that’s been filled out, thus creating a paper backup that can be checked. In Illinois here we still use punch cards so I’m not up on all the technology.

If so, can anyone confirm that he is not a nut? The claim just seems a little fishy. I really hope the claims are true because a false story like this could really hurt the cause.

Keep the faith, during the lead up to Watergate there were many romurs of proof and flase aligations on boths sides. However, when the two reporters laid their evidence out in an article, the whole media jumped on the band wagon. 🙂
