Yeah, I had heard some months back that this was going to happen, and of course, the big question is, why wait almost five years to show the recently renovated portion of the Pentagram getting hit?

And why were those intial frames that were released so obtuse and elusive, along with the incorrect date on the bottom? They didn't stop showing footage of the towers being hit over fear of offending the public's sensibilities, that's nonsense; they routinely manipulate and exploit the public's sensibilities. No, they stopped showing it on cable "news" because there are anomalies within that footage that doesn't jive with the official version of events.

Irregardless of what hit the Pentagram, there remains numerous red flags re 9/11 that no one wants to touch.

C'mon guys, let's give the government some credit...After all, that kind of tediuos photoshopping isn't easy. I'm sure it took at least three years. Of course, after all that hard work they wanted to hold onto the video until just the right moment for release. Say...just prior to news of a Karl Rove indictment perhaps?

I'm certainly angry about it, but I'm also very puzzled.

If 9/11 is SUCH a cut-and-dried case, why are we unable to get all the answers?

If 9/11 is pure fact and not fiction, why are the facts pointing more towards an alternate scenario than the ones we have been presented with?

I guess we must accept that we WERE attacked, no matter whom or how.

What should matter is how we have HANDLED this attack since.

1.) We've not caught the perpetrator, because we would have heard about it.

I just saw the video on BBC News 24. It's pathetic and shows nothing we haven't seen before. It starts with the explosion already underway then we see the smoke until it loops around again.

That 16 foot tunnel through three rings of the Pentagon is only made by a directional blast weapon. Rumsfeld has even slipped up and mentioned the missile that hit the Pentagon.

Some have seen the Pentagon parking lot camera video and the white trail of smoke. Jets do now leave white trails of smoke at sea level, but Thiokol powered AGMs do, at all attitudes.

I just saw the "video" myself, and the CNN reporter just now said something that I wonder if anyone else caught.

She said it looked as though the plane hit the wall straight-on. It did not touch the ground; it did not drop from above at any kind of angle.

We're talking about piloting a rather large piece of aircraft such that it is able to smash into an area above the ground, yet not damage the roof. That can't be more than a 20-30 foot high target!

There is no way someone could "pilot" a commercial jetliner to just that exact spot. Especially not someone who supposedly came from Saudi Arabia and trained to fly jets.

He would have had to be a "Top Gun" at Miramar to pull off this amazing feat.

And I assure you, Miramar screens applicants better than anyone in the world.

where is the gas station video, or the hotel video, or the 3 videos from the dept of transportation on the highway. if they show nothing then why not release them. once again we are given the minimum info that had to be obtained through a law suit. think about that......the American people had to sue our gov't just to get this minimal info. To answer what happened to the passengers is to assume that we think like people who would do this. The proof of a cover-up is simple. They could easily splice together authentic video shot from the Sheraton, the parking lot, the gas station, the highway, and put together a good 15 - 20 minute demonstration that was irrefutable to 90% of any viewers, skeptical or not.

The issue isn't how badly a given terrorist hates the United States (most of the people who hate us are not terrorists, in fact), as you suggest. It's "Why doesn't the official explanation we've been given match the physical evidence?"

A Boeing jetliner crashes into the Pentagon just above ground level, piloted by someone who never flew such a plane before, makes perfect contact but leaves a 12-foot crater? Twin towers collapse in New York from damage near the top, which we're told by engineers has never happened before (heat rises), and a neighboring tower collapses without being hit. It doesn't make sense, and given that the Bush administration used this incident as grounds for invading a country it had already planned to invade (but without a ready excuse), who can blame anyone for being skeptical? It stinks to high heaven, and that's a fact, Jeff.

By framing the issue in "How awful are these terrorists?" terms, you simply echo the Bush administration's argument for invading Iraq. "We're at war (no we aren't)," "The enemy hates us (we didn't attack that enemy)," so, "Let's put common
sense and healthy skepticism on the shelf and go kill more people named Ahmad and Muhammad, because they want to kill us."

Oh, and don't question anything we do, even stuff that's against the law, because we're protecting you and we know best.

i not only think it's wise. i think it is an obligation. how can releasing this be any different from releasing an angle that actually show us something. it all tells the same story. Jeff i am glad that you are seeking answers, thats what got me started in my search. now it appears to me to be obvious that something much larger happened on 9/11. you should search: probabilitites of cell phone calls being made from a plane at 30,000ft, 9/11 eyewitness.com, PNAC group/ the grand chessboard, put options on airline stocks, the hijackers who are still alive, sibel edmonds...etc. I dont really know what happened on 9/11 but i do know there has been cosistent cover-up. Oh yeah where is osama bin laden. If we were to capture him, the American peolple would be satisfied and say let's end this war. So with him "on the loose" they can continue their new american century. as long as bin laden isnt caught we all have a common enemy.

Sure, you have one or two questions we can't answer, but we have over 100 questions.

I don't know how ANYONE can honestly believe that "fire and structural instability" caused WTC7 to collapse. Even the 911 Commission knew better than to try to support that claim. They didn't even touch on it in their investigation.

Quite frankly though, it is probably a waste of my time to even post these links. Some people just aren't ready to go there.

Personally, I think WTC7 is our grassy knoll of today. The next generation will be able to analyze the evidence much more dispassionately. I think it just hurts too much right now for most people. Too bad though. Understandable, but too bad.
