One might have thought that Ohio's blatantly partisan state election administrator, Republican Sec. of State and now-gubernatorial candidate J. Kenneth Blackwell would have hit his ethical rock-bottom long ago. But think again...

COLUMBUS (AP) --- Forty-nine of the 85 people who this year have given Ohio secretary of state Kenneth Blackwell the maximum $10,000 allowed an individual donor have done so since May 2. Members of Cincinnati financier Carl Lindner's family led the way by combining for $90,000. The maximum-donor list also includes Mitch Given, who is a registered lobbyist for Diebold Election Systems, one of the vendors of voting machines for election boards in Ohio.

In related recent news concerning the morally and ethically bankrupt Blackwell:

  • Yesterday he refused to recuse himself from administering his own election against Democratic Rep. Ted Strickland in November's upcoming gubernatorial race.
  • A month or two ago it was revealed that he had purchased stock in Diebold around the time he was deciding which voting systems would be used in Ohio (suprise, Diebold was one of the winning bidders!)
  • We'd list more, but we'd hate to crash your system with the impossibly long download of crimes that Blackwell has committed against the very voters that he was elected to serve.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Mike Papantonio on
"Ring of Fire" an Air American Radio show is
on now. It seems they are going to devote a large portion of the show schedule to election fraud
and integrity issues. They got pounded with e-mails
    about Bobby's Rolling Stone article.

The "Ring of Fire Show" generally rebroadcasts the
    same show on Sunday.

    This exposure to this issue.

Whistle-blowers from Diebold and ES&S are coming forth to contact Bobby Kennedy to divulge insider
observations of improprieties at these e-voting machine vendors.

Let the litigation begin,... Kennedy/Papantonio will
file court actions to address these issues.

I wonder where Bobby got some of those whistleblowers ;-)

(As long as he's mentioning it on the air, I'll mention quietly here that I can confirm the legal matters moving forward and have been in close touch with them in that regard. More details at a more appropriate moment.)

Something tells me the long silence is over, but you're still not going to be able to trust the MSM.

This calls for televised courtroom proceedings, so we can all see what's going on with our own eyes.

Carl Lindner is not just a rich Ohio financier that supports GOP conadidates. The investigate journalist Pete Brewton reported in his book The Mafia, CIA & George Bush that an aircraft hangar at a Cincinnati-area airport owned by Lindner was used in illicit drug trafficking. It probably comes as no surprise to many of those frequenting this blog that Lindner should be connected to the Bush family\'s criminal empire that also deeply involved the saving the loan industry debacle in the 1980\'s.

What the? TOO COMPLEX! TOO COMPLEX! Corrupt republicans rely on democrats and other opponents to come up with complex solutions. Why? Simple: most people in general do not understand complex solutions thus they think they are wrong. Radical republicans and conservatives have a way of simplifying every thing in their favour. You want to stop them? Stop bitching, stop being confused, stop putting your heads between your knees start fighting every thing radical republicans preach.
Kennedy Jr. is on the right track but I dont see him asking us for help, this is a good thing. Let him deal with diebold let him stall them up with legal complexities, never the less no matter what last name he carries you wont stop diebold from hitting again like the last election.
So what do you do? How do you change stuff? It’s called focusing RAGE. Have you ever stood in a line for 13 hours? Most people have not done that, but for some strange reason it was very common among many democratic voters in the last election. HMMMMMM...what do the republicans feed off? Angry energy. ANGER AND RAGE.
Here is my simple way of putting it: no one likes to stand in line for 13 hours to use one or two machines and then not get their vote counted. No one likes to go through with that, and then have all the mainstream media ignore it. Take that rage, take that anger and turn it against the republicans. PROTEST! BOYCOUGHT! SCREAM! PREACH! SHUT DOWN EVERY THING! IGNORE WHAT FOX SAYS, IGNORE WHAT CNN SAYS, IGNORE WHAT WINNING REPUBLICANS SAY. STOP BEING AFRAID OF EMOTIONIAL BULLYING! START FIGHTING DONT SHUT UP SPREAD THE WORD WHEN THE NEXT ELECTION COMES AND THERE IS A FRAUD THERE SHOULD BE IGNITION OF RAGE!
317,000 people lost their votes? That’s a lot of capable ADULTS able of rallying together to shut down the country. Stop seeing things as, “oh...oh...we’ll just...file some complaints and...hopefully the courts will listen to us.” PANZIES! FIND A RALLY POINT, SHUT DOWN EVERY THING AROUND IT! Peaceful protesting YES! Isolation, silence and none coverage NO! You get over 100,000 people screaming for a week, republican politicians start to wet their pants.
You’re all insane. Honestly its really that simple. Find every one who is pissed, get them together and start bringing down the walls of silence and emotional abuse. You think it cant be done? The reason you think that is because you have been made to believe that one person can not make a difference. Why cant one of you Americans be that one person who looses his or her mind on election day, buys a megaphone and walks up to the polls where people are standing in lines far than the eye can see and say, “GUESS WHAT EVERY ONE? YOU’RE ALL USING 1 MACHINE. THE REPUBLICAN CENTRE DOWN THE ROAD HAS 16! WHO EVER IS PISSED, COME WITH ME NOW!” You dont think its possible? You dont know the rage of people. Not to be racist, but you also dont know the rage of African Americans when their being suppressed by white Texans in business suites. It can be done. Stop being bitched around by Republicans its not like they can go out and shoot you with ease you live in the country of guns for god sakes. :P
Hacking, hidden programs, conspiracy that’s just too complex to start people off with. They cant conceive of that, but they can conceive of the fact that the bastards down the road have more than them. ^_^
Now...if this all sounds too much for you. If this all sounds like too much time and too much effort. For example you may be thinking, “Yeah...those dumb hippies in the 60’s tried this with Vietnam it didn’t work.” Well if you think that then why are you reading this post? Why are you reading this article? Stop caring! Stop caring about your beautiful country. Just go about your daily lives and forget the fact that a bunch of rich oil digger war starting two faced thugs are raping your beloved country from every angle possible while saying “You better like what we give you or you’ll be deemed a traitor.”

The most unfortunate thing about this particular election is the poor political advice that Mr. Blackwell received during his campaign. In my opinion, regardless of the GOP percentage of votes captured in previous elections, Mr. Blackwell would have been well served to have persuaded his “Perceived Political Base” first. His Perceived Political Base is the Black Constituents of Ohio. If Mr. Blackwell would have taken his political messages and appeal for votes directly to the core street levels of the Black Communities first, that would have given him the insulation from criticisms he is now facing. Mr. Blackwell and his campaign were not aware that the Black Church community is only viewed as Symbolic in terms of political acceptance with regards to the whole of the Black population.

Mr. Blackwell’s bid to become the Ohio Governor should be used as a model for all Black Politicians. Mr. Blackwell had done all of the right things to position himself as a leader and powerful political candidate. He could raise big money, he has hob knobbed with the elites of America, he was even considered to be a very smart man. However, [as my wife puts it] when he decided to run for “The Big Boy Seat” the political establishment cut him down to size. It was all because Mr. Blackwell had no real [Perceived] political base. Mr. Blackwell’s Actual political base was the Conservative Wing of the Republican Party but this base proved to be fluid once they became aware that his Perceived base did not support him. This afforded his Conservative supporters the excuse to abandon him and save face with no concerns of retributions from the Black population, religious or otherwise. The moral story of his campaign is that; if you are a Black Politician you are expected to take your campaign to the street level core of the Black community to gain acceptance and to create the Buzz of Approval for use on all other levels of American society. Any Black politician that attempts to avoid this process can be expected to be defeated at the big race. This statement is based on my political view only.

I consider it extremely fortunate if this traitor has gotten bad advice. The more the better. He belongs in jail, not the Governor's Mansion.

Today’s featured article is, again, from Palm Beach Co Florida. The quotes in this article make it clear that failing elections supervisors are going to blame the transition from DRE voting systems to optical-scan voting systems for any failures they encounter this election season.

“It was extremely challenging to make the transition" from touch screens to optical scanning of paper ballots in just three months, Elections Supervisor Arthur Anderson said”. Yes, I’m sure it was a challenge. Just as much a challenge as the successful move from DRE to Optical-Scan accomplished by the state of New Mexico a couple years ago or the same change made by Cuyahoga Co. Ohio prior to this year’s presidential primary. New Mexico and Cuyahoga Co didn’t seem to have anywhere near the problems that Palm Beach Co had.

“[County Judge Barry] Cohen said there were no numbers on the documents he signed to certify the judicial race on Tuesday. County Commissioner Addie Greene said she didn't notice whether vote totals were listed.” This judge has now admitted to signing legal documents without having all of the numbers filled-in. Now, I’m not an attorney but this seems to me to be an admission of misfeasance on the part of a county election official and probably the whole canvassing board on which Mr. Cohen serves.

And then there is this gem; "I decided whatever system (Palm Beach County) buys next time, I'm not buying it," joked Kay Clem, elections supervisor for Indian River County, the only other county in the state with Sequoia equipment. "I feel bad for them, it's tough. I can't imagine dealing with all those paper ballots. It must be a nightmare." This quote from an elections supervisor who allowed an experiment to be done with real votes in a real election and that resulted in over 10,000 votes being mis-reported....
