Bernadette has been insisting and insisting and insisting and insisting that Ohio had a "good election" in 2004. Do you mean to say they didn't?
And she was a part of the fraud?
Shakespeare: "Me thinks (she) doth protest too much."

Yah, ahhh poor Bernadette was just an innocent saint wasn't she......letting Robert Diekmann and other Diebold employees take the tabulator machine, login & alter results, delete the audit log and virtually stain her role as Board of Elections director....
Usually a BOE employee is supposed to have ethics; since they are the ones in charge of the vote count. Many of them have absolutely zero ethics though, and of course she was the fall person for Blackwell who should ultimately be taken down if that idiot left enough evidence.....after all, no BOE director manipulates elections without orders from the secretary of state's office...

All election fraud pisses me off fidel ,what about you ?
if there was fraud in 2000 by D or R's does that mean its ok to have e-fraud in 2004 ?tell me what you think of k.blackwell's handling of the 2004 election or how the HAVA dollars spent between 2000 and 2004 ensured a safe vote count ,also tell me how much money was given to "HAVA" to safe-guard the vote .
Please supply links to back up your answers to help the "undecided" .

I think it's time we Democrats rise up in a giant wave of protests to throw out the results of the '04 election fiasco!!Why not DEMAND a special election, and charge previous one, null and void!We could start all over, and impose strict security to monitor, this time. This calls for a special election, after all,Arnold was allowed to have one!Why not demand we are allowed to throw that one out,and revote?

How about people consider boycotting elections entirely until both the parties, and whoever else is involved comes clean?
Seriously, this partisan bull needs to stop once and for all. We have here voting being obstructed so there is no oversight and transparency, that's the problem. It doesn't matter who's stealing what all the time. The problem is we have no transparency, lets run with that and force these election officials to answer to us!
Lets force them to show us what THEY ARE DOING, so we can fully inspect the machines and file the criminal charges and finally verify the vote once and for all in each district, that its being counted.
If our votes have absolutely no guarantee of being counted, there is no democracy. Lets solve that problem and take the obstruction of observing the vote to court!

Today I was a presenter at the annual Los Angeles Screenwriting Expo. About 700 people attended closing ceremonies, during which they got to vote on which of three staged scene readings they liked the best. They did this using paper ballopts which they filled out by hand, and which we then counted and tallied by hand.
I commented to the crowd that since there were no Diebold machines involved in the vote counting, the audience could be assured that the candidate they voted for would be the one that actually won... and I got a HUGE round of applause. Amazing! This was a room full of screenwriters--not political activists or anything, just writers gathered from all over the country.
I am encouraged. Despite our fucked -up Republican mainstream media, a LOT of people know what's going on.
