I guess this means that Hagel would vote to impeach Cheney and Bush if current presidential candidate Senator Biden makes good on his threat to file impeachment:

(Biden Article). I am sure that the good Senator realizes he would have to confer with a competitor, Representative Kucinich, who has filed impeachment docs against Cheney in the House. The theme song would be "Lets get together and feel alright".

Impeachment must begin in the House, not in the Senate under our constitution.

Surely you know better JoJ. For the record, though I have no way of knowing, of course, but with Hagel announcing he's leaving the Senate in particular, I bet he *would* vote in favor of conviction on charges of Impeachment in the Senate if the case were properly made.
