On today's 'BradCast': Charlie Kirk was a racist, sexist, homophobic, anti-Semitic Islamophobe. And he did not deserve to be killed for any of it. Kirk has been inappropriately lionized by the Right and corporate media after his killing at a Utah college event. Donald Trump, Republicans, and rightwing media are opportunistically exploiting Kirk's death as a weapon to declare war on their perceived enemies, civic democracy and the Constitution itself. The right is also targeting for firing anyone -- educators, journalists, etc. -- who merely quotes Kirk's actual, often wildly offensive words on social media. Attacking the First Amendment keeps the Right from having to confront their very serious problem of rising political violence against their perceived enemies, and the nation's worsening gun violence. Callers weigh in.
