Your far enough in to the concrete jungle so you wouldn't have to evacuate, aren't ya Brad ?
Al Quasha seems to be rubbing shoulders with the spooks according to this site
"In 2003 Harken was described in the trade publication Platts Energy Economist as "a toxic waste dump for bad deals, with a strong odor of US intelligence spookery and chicanery about it."

Better regulation and stiff punishment for the execs of the Corporations should be a high priority.
Maybe we could clean up this mess...nah, won't happen, it's more important to pick up the petty theives and joint holders

Not necessarily. If fire were to break out in the Hollywood Hills, and if the winds were kicking in as badly as they've been elsewhere,I suspect we'd be evacuated here as well.
So far, however, this area has remained fairly quiet. For now. We'll hope it stays that way as some 300,000 are now displaced and over 1000 homes now destroyed...

fyi...I heard Rush "Nazi" Limbaugh at lunch say that these fires aren't that bad, and the "Drive-By" media is purposely exaggerating it.

That's good. I was worried about you guys. It might not hurt to wet down your yard with a garden hose though. Or dig a little firebreak around your property. Just in case.
